RVB pal or secam ?

I bought a little lcd tv set tto connect my Atmos with the SCART plug and unfortunaly the screen is crappy (vibes and b/w signal). I would like to know if the rvb signal is shaped PAL or SECAM ?

The signal from RGB (RVB) Oric's output is not encoded (shaped). i.e it's neither PAL nor SECAM.
To connect RGB output to SCART input on TV you need cable with proper wiring,
You can buy one (in my opinion it's bit expensive) or build one your self.
