kernel32.dll : 10.0.17134.1 : Same
user32.dll : 10.0.17134.1 : Same
gdi32.dll : 10.0.17134.1 : Same
comdlg32.dll : 10.0.17134.1 : Same
shell32.dll : 10.0.17134.48 : Same
ole32.dll : 10.0.17134.1 : Same
comctl32.dll : 5.82.17134.1 : Same
shlwapi.dll : 10.0.17134.1 : Same

I checked all the files one by one and they are all the same as yours.. The system is regularly updated and I believe its ok too.

I also used checkdisk and sfc/scannow commands to make sure that all the system files are ok too as its advised on the web..

The only difference seems to be again the first thing you mentioned : System language. I don't know if its the cause though..

The Orikai.exe is 32 bit, so you need the 32-bit dll. Try with the attached one.
FreeImage-32bit-dll.zip
(1.89 MiB) Downloaded 420 times
EDIT: Unpack it in the same folder where Orikai.exe is stored.

@iss: hoho I think you're right!

peacer seems to use the 64 bits version of FreeImage.dll (cf. his Dependency Walker screenshot)

The download link I pasted in my first post contains both versions. I should have said that Orikai needed the 32-bit version! My bad!

Thank you very much!

note: I edited my first post to avoid future mistake.
