Thanks maximus! That is the idea. I even used the 9 verb interface, which appeared in Monkey Island II and Indy.

Symoon, you are getting close to the end :) remember to watch the credits till the end!

Finally reached the end! (with a little extra explanations ;) )

As a player, it may feel a bit short, but this feeling certainly comes from the fact that there is no boring /artificially complicated /demotivating moment, which is a very good thing.

As an Orician, I am amazed by the incredible work on this game - graphics, sounds, story, puzzles, game balance, cut scenes, technical details (the cursor speed accelerating!), ... Thanks to the progress reports, I could appreciate the details of every room and so on.
The only request I'd have would be about a detail: would it be possible to skip (ESC key?) the Defence Force logo at start? It's just that, after running the game for the 10th time, I kept accelerating the emulator to hurry to the game.

As Steve says... What's next? :p

AMAZING !!!
I am beginning Episode 2.
The Game play is so nice !
I definitely love Oric, and its community of genius members ;-)

I had encountered the pick up bug and was about to make a report, but I could see the bug was already known in the discussion.
And in fact, I always have the mug in my inventory in episode 2.

Well.
Thanks to the automatic saving mechanism, I could restart the game and finish the first level.
And avoid picking up objects in my inventory !

[... hours later...]

Finished !! with an extra MUG at the end ! :-)

Thank you for this incredible Game !!

Found a reference of the game on a Russian website http://idpixel.ru/news/478-blakes-7-kve ... lucasarts/

Thanks everyone for your nice messages. Please keep posting all the feedback you like (without spoilers, that is).

It is very important to me that people enjoy playing my games. The fact that you find the game short, means you really like it :)

Thanks, and post your pictures of your machines running Blake's 7!

We are preparing version 1.1 and will be available for download later on this week.

There will be a quite easy way to transfer your saved games, but I'd like to as you for a favor: volunteers to test and see if everything works and report back if I broke something while solving a bug.

If you have solved the game and have time to do it again, please do so with the new version as soon as it becomes available. If there is any kind of problem I'd like to detect it as soon as possible...

Thanks!

UPDATE: New version available for download.

Thanks for the great game, Chema! I'm advancing slow so the fun on real hardware will last longer :).
So far no bugs by me with the 1.0, I will play the update too.
I think I heard something about a sequel soon? 8)

@iss nice configuration! Which is that Micdorisc clone? And the floppy emulator... is it an HxC or a Gotek with an alternate firmware?

@star42, thanks. About the French version, it is only a matter of finding someone to translate that huge amount of text :)

This is my rock solid working configuration, for the beautiful one I'll take new picture :).
It's Silicebit's controller + Gotek updated with HxC firmware + 3.5" floppy as drive B (not seen on the photo).
