Re: FloppyBuilder evolution

Well, attached is the updated version of the demo. Now it's QuadroBootable - Microdisk, Jasmin, 8D and Telestrat! TeleBoot-1.0.jpg In the archive (together with described images in my previous post ) you will find 'TeleBoot.rom' . Use this ROM file as TeleBank7 in Oricutron.cfg or Euphoric.ini (leav...

Re: FloppyBuilder evolution

I didn't know that B7 contains your updated version of disk i/o code (maybe I missed your post). I'll try to get synchronized with it asap (which means lot of work...). About Telestrat I think I understand what the problem is - it requires first sector to be 512 bytes, right? If so, this is related ...

Re: Oricutron 1.0 (EDIT: Now 1.2)

Hello all, Here: http://iss.sandacite.com/oricutron/ you can find fresh Oricutron builds for macOS, Windows and Linux. This builds are unofficial and are intended mainly for developers . I plan to keep them permanently updated to latest github sources. Please, try them and let me know if something i...

Re: FastBoot/FastLoad on Pravetz 8D/Disk II

Don't worry about your English - mine is bad enough too :). I'm very interested in fastboot/fastload sources, where can I find them? I've already added support of Pravetz's DISK][ interface to FloppyBuilder, but it works very slow. My work is based on standard DOS-8D RWTS routine (which is actually ...

Re: OSDK Linux/macOS recent version?

No, they are not, and IMHO this is not good idea. Let's keep OSDK "as is". As I said it's easy to build OSKD for Linux - there are already Makefiles. Checkout http://miniserve.defence-force.org/svn/public/ , go to pc/tools/osdk/main/ directory and try 'make'. May be some tweaking and 3-rd party libr...

Re: OSDK Linux/macOS recent version?

Because of lack of interest I removed it from the public repository else I'm using it every day :). But there is no problem to compile and use OSDK from SVN under Linux. What I've done is to create a makefile based solution which provides an easy way to deal with 'projects' (or kind of). Projects ca...

Re: Oricutron 1.0 (EDIT: Now 1.2)

About the old bug: I think it's fixed, at least I don't have any error messages. Attached is updated version of STORE/RECALL progs - now the generated MATRIZ.tap file is 145 bytes - exactly as in your post but there is difference in tap header '$05 $4D' vs. '$FF $FF' diff.png Please, try with Oricut...

Re: Oric related links of interest

Let's refresh these too: Emul8D is moved to: http://iss.sandacite.com/ My Emul8D is already retired in favor of Oricutron. During last years I've collected lot of raw Oric related info (drafts, pictures, schematics), which wait to be published but for now I don't have that free time. For all curious...

Cool! It works with HFE.
I've changed the XRander to OpenGL 3.1 and no more problems with the window manager.

Re: Clock Signal — an Oric emulator for macOS and Linux

Thanks for taking my wish so serious :). I checked the latest release (MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3). It works fine with DSK images. I like especially 'Options' and the way to quick switch RGB/Composite. Screen Shot 2018-03-23 at 21.53.44.jpg But none of my HFE images are working. :( I use the command ...

In all really rare cases when defence-force.org was inaccessible I feel how important is it for me.
Thanks for everything you do, Dbug.
