Re: Next Cumulus batch
I agree, I was on the old list and I wonder if I'm included in these 39. The old list had a lot more than 39 in queue.

Re: Atmos ROM
Thanks, but I'm having all sorts of trouble getting this to work. I'm using the tools from the newest OSDK. So, I'm trying to convert im-small.tap to im-small.dsk using: tap2dsk im-small.tap im-small.dsk This works on my Win XP-machine, but hangs on Win 95. Then I used old2mfm on im-small.dsk (in Wi...

Re: Atmos ROM
Ah, then I won't bother, though I'd like all games on my Microdisc then. Can I request Microdisc versions of Impossible Mission, Skool Daze and Stormlord?

Scart cable
Today I made this Scart cable:
Amazing picture on my little TV
I'm going to add a switch for the vsync-hack and connectors for tape later.
I disconnected the internal speaker so I have sound on the TV instead.

Re: Atmos ROM
Ah, that's why. Too bad that the eprom got /OE at pin 22 instead, but I guess I could just lift the PGM and OE pins out of the socket and solder a wire to fix it.

Atmos ROM
My Oric Atmos got the bugged tape loading version of the ROM (PEEK(#E4B6) gives 162). So I burned a new ROM (the PEEK(#E4B6) =142 version) and then it worked fine. But then I noticed that my MicroDisc doesn't work with that version. I thought my MicroDisc was broken, had a real scare, until I swappe...

Re: Wanted: Microdisc System Disc
It seems my 3" drive isn't working very good, I've managed to copy some disks without errors, but they don't work properly afterwards. Anyway, I'll use a 3.5" for now, here's a picture of my system running Space 1999. I will be having this setup at Retrogathering 6-7 october in Västerås, S...

Re: Microdisc PSU
I made a schematic for my PSU plans, see below. I'm not sure exactly what transformers I should use though. The Oric input wants 9V unregulated DC as the schematic says, I guess then U1 should be around 7V or something? I've never designed a PSU before

Microdisc PSU
Does anyone have a schematic over the Microdisc power supply? I missing mine and was thinking of making my own. My Microdisc uses a LM323 (which is positive) and the Oric uses a 7905 (which is negative), so I'm a little confused as to how they get a common ground.
